Treneta Bowden is a Registered Massage Therapist since 1997 gaining positive results of healing for her clients. Treneta specializes in Swedish Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage and Cranial Sacral therapy. She educates people on healthy posture, alignment, stress and injury prevention to businesses and the First Nations communities. She is also an Infant and child massage educator, teaching parents on the value of family bonding and healing strategies to help them assist in the wellness of their babies.
Treneta is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario and the John Maxwell Team Certification University. She shares her massage therapy knowledge in various professional settings such as clinics, conferences, spas, sports events, shelters, corporate, community health centers, churches and broadcast television. Treneta was a guest speaker for World Vision, Peel School Board Women’s conference, Internal Auditors Toronto and also serves in regular community service work.
Treneta is an Award recipient for the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Metal in 2013 for her outstanding work and service to the Nation of Canada and to her Aboriginal people.
Her goal as an Registered Massage Therapist and public speaker is to encourage people to live in optimum health by receiving massage therapy as their preventative health care service.
